Our client, a leading dynamic law firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor for their office in Bristol.

The corporate team that you will be working in boasts several highly-rated Lawyers and is consistently ranked in the Top Tier for corporate finance in the South West in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guides to the legal profession. The team acts for a number of well-known clients advising on MBOs, mergers and acquisitions, MBIs, restructuring and private equity.

You will have experience of working in a corporate team with ideally with some knowledge of renewables and financial services and have strong interpersonal skills.
