NQ Corporate Solicitor

Our client a leading national law firm are looking for an NQ Corporate Solicitor to join their prestigious Bristol office.

You will be part of a Corporate team which helps companies of varying sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major international organisations, both public and private, with a range of issues around corporate transactions and ways to achieve your commercial goals.

You will work across a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, private equity investments, IPOs and joint ventures and restructurings. You will be working for a firm who are well versed in banking and finance, corporate governance and corporate tax and in Technology.

In order to be considered for the post you will have gained relevant experience from your training contract from a Top 100 firm and have a keen interest to pursuing a career in the Corporate sector.

You will be an excellent communicator with keen organisation and project management skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will be dedicated and enthusiastic and have the ability to work efficiently with a commitment to client care and business development.
