This role sits within the HR Service Centre and this professional team is responsible for all HR related activity of the casual employee life cycle from recruitment to exit. You will have a track record of significant HR administration, gained in a high customer service orientated environment, preferably CPP qualified, able to demonstrate their success in HR Administration to date.
The personal skill set that is vital to the success of this HR Administrative role is:
· exemplary organisational skills,
· strong interpersonal skills,
· the ability to juggle lots of activities, but still be positive and calm under pressure,
· attention to detail and confidence with online web based systems and IT generally.
