It is an exciting time for the Programme Office at the University of Portsmouth with a wide ranging portfolio of complex large through to small projects underway. Some of the larger projects include the replacement of our Student System and the introduction of an enterprise wide CRM system. These, along with other projects, will all require change to business process and practice.
In order to manage these changes in a co-ordinated way, both in terms of the identification and reporting on benefits, and to work with the business areas to prepare for transition to new ways of working, we are seeking to appoint a change manager. The role will be supporting the most significant of our projects within the portfolio working alongside experienced project managers, and other professionals from HR and Finance, bridging the gap between project and business.
You will need excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have experience of change management and ideally project management. You should respond well to working under pressure and enjoy being part of a team working in a change-led environment.
