The Department of Employability is seeking to recruit an Information and Employment Adviser to be the first point of contact for students and graduates visiting or using Purple Door. 

The post holder will work as part of the Information Team and will provide information, advice and support to students and graduates, who need careers information and advice, help with graduate jobs, self-employment, volunteering, part-time jobs or further learning opportunities.

Successful applicants will have excellent customer service skills and experience of working with individuals in a busy environment, ideally in an information, advice and guidance setting, plus a genuine interest in helping students and graduates as they face the challenges and demands of preparing for the labour market.
