The School of Creative Technologies at the University of Portsmouth aims to be at the forefront of cutting edge technologies in the Creative & Cultural Industries, covering Computer Games, Animation, Film, Television & Broadcasting, Music & Sound and Web/Mobile Applications in a vibrant, entrepreneurial, very well-resourced, cross-disciplinary environment.

The successful candidate will be joining a highly successful team delivering Contextual Studies to our 2 BA courses: Film Production, and Animation. Successful candidates can expect to be supported initially through mentoring by senior members of academic staff.

We are looking for a film or animation PhD candidate who can teach across a broad range of contextual studies subjects to students in FP and Animation.
