An interim financial systems project accountant is required to join a dynamic, fast paced business with multiple sites across the UK for a period of 3-6 months.

You will be solely responsible for planning, delivering and onboarding all colleagues to this project so you must have previous experience of financial system data conversion and implementation of a new financial operating system that links to the ERP system.

Main duties will include:

• Working with colleagues within the finance team, to understand the financial and system controls across the business and considering the needs of Finance in conjunction with the needs of the wider business;
• Analysing and documenting operational processes, data sets and applications, in order to ascertain the requirements within Finance;
• Implementing policies and procedures and rolling out to all employees;
• Coordinate all support following the system 'go-live', assisting with troubleshooting and offering solutions;

The successful candidate must be a professional, confident accountant who has the ability to communicate with all areas of the business as well as possessing strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
