Do you have experience of supporting Senior Managers or Directors in a sales department? Strong MS Office and good organisational skills, able to manage and coordinate events?

Supporting Sales Manager and Field Sales teams, you'll join a busy sales department, providing administration support.

Day to Day – what will you be doing?

  • Booking events and travel for the team and Sales Manager
  • Diary Management using outlook
  • Event administration, coordinating invites, brochures, event equipment, and marketing
  • Help prepare set up for the event including attendance
  • Booking and confirming appointments with clients
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and training packages for sales pitches
  • Manage expenses and input onto system
  • Preparing Sales Reports (good excel needed)
  • Drafting emails and letters on behalf of Sales Manager

What experience and skills do you need?

  • Previous Sales Support experience to a sales team and/or Sales Managers
  • Strong MSOffice including good excel for reporting and PowerPoint for preparing presentations
  • Good communication skills both orally and written, able to prepare professional letters/emails
