Salary £37,000-45,000pa

Harvey John is working exclusively with an established local client on sourcing a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join their expanding business. This will be a standalone position, reporting directly into the Managing Director, with responsibility for all daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks.

This is a welcoming, friendly and supportive office environment of long-standing staff who pride themselves on the enjoyable working environment they have created. The business is currently going through an exciting phase of growth and development. It's an excellent time to be joining them and help the Managing Director steer the organisation to the next stage, implement improvements and refining processes as you go.

Overview of duties:

• Daily banking and bank reconciliations
• Full control of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Analysis of monthly sales figures
• Preparation of data for year end accounts
• Maintenance of staff expenses and travel management
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• All client billing
