Do you have experience of working with a sales team, supporting clients and strong administration skills? A marketing agency in Cranleigh are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to work alongside the MD and Senior Account Manager in supporting clients and administration tasks.
What will you be doing?
Support administration to the MD and Senior Account Manager
- Arranging corporate events
- Act as first point of contact for all clients
- Manage small client accounts which will involve:
- Setting up clients on system
- Despatching products
- Stock reporting
- Data input
- Dealing with requests and enquiries
What do you need?
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MSOffice
- Previous experience of administration in a client focused role
- Good eye for detail
