Picture yourself landing a job at the Old Control Tower Café, located within the very heart of the historic Goodwood Airfield and Motor Circuit. You'll join the Motor Circuit Catering Team, there heling us take the business to soaring heights.

As our proactive Team Leader you'll take pride in your high standards of customer care, as you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with them, so you can respond to requests and enquiries in the correct manor.

You'll be someone who your team looks up to, supporting the Supervisor when necessary. You'll help train staff to the highest standard and support with planning staffing levels.
 
What you'll have:

• The ability to adapt to varying workloads, remaining as cool as a cucumber during super busy times
• Supervisory and training experience
• Bags of positivity and be a great team player
• Food hygiene level 1 or level 2
