Looking for permanent Weekend work? Do you have strong organisational skills, MSOffice and client focused experience?

A responsible and reliable Administrator is required on a permanent basis to work for a local firm on a Saturday with another member of the team and lone working on a Sunday.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking inbound calls from customers and engineers, resolving queries
  • Liaise with engineers to inform of work to be carried out
  • Confirm orders, visits etc via email to customers
  • Input each order, and maintenance visit onto in house system

What do you need?

  • Prior experience of a call centre or office environment advantageous with telephone communication experience particularly useful
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Available every Saturday and Sunday on a permanent basis
