I am working closely with my client, a reputable business in Crawley, to recruit for a permanent and full-time Accounts Payable Specialist.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, and working within a wider finance department, this role entails:

• Inputting of invoices on to accounting system
• Investigating invoice discrepancies
• Processing a high volume of invoices (500 per week)

The ideal candidate for this position, WILL:

• Have several years' experience within an Accounts Payable focused role (5+ years)
• Be comfortable with the end-to-end AP process, including Purchase Order processing
• Have experience in a busy, high volume Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable post
• Be available on short notice (under a month), though this may be flexible for the perfect person

The working hours within this role are 40 hours (8:30- 5:30 pm with an hour's lunch break).
