The Institute of Sport, Nursing and Allied Health

This role will be located in our Bishop Otter Campus in Chichester. We are currently seeking a Sport and Well-being Co-ordinator to join the team in the Institute of Sport, Nursing and Allied Health (IoSNAH), Tudor Hale Centre for Sport. You will work in collaboration with academic, professional services and Students’ Union staff to drive the development, co-ordination and delivery of creative & effective sport and well-being activities at the University (Chichester and Bognor Regis Campus) for students, staff and the local community.

In collaboration with Institute of Sport, Nursing and Allied Health (IoSNAH), you will develop key links with local community groups, sports organisations and health care settings to maximise utilisation of the University’s facilities and create and mentor opportunities for student development in the Tudor Hale Centre for Sport. You will also be required to work with academic staff to plan, organise and deliver a menu of vocational qualifications to students and continued professional development (CPD) to the sport, health and exercise sector.

You will be qualified to degree level within a related field, with a recognised professional qualification. Exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential for this exciting role, along with being able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and co-ordinate casual staff and facilities.
