As Health Club Manager (Sales) you will be focussed on the sales and retention of health club membership whilst managing the sales for health and wellbeing retreats and events.  

With a passion for team development and a focus on nurturing future rising stars, you will lead a team with a real zest for life. The team thrive on having fun, with a genuine love of what they do, which in turn is infectious for our members.

You will be responsible for the profit and loss accounts across Leisure and membership, demonstrating a strong financial understanding.

• Proven track record in delivering sales targets and high touch customer service
• Complaint handling experience is desirable
• Commercial mindset
• Proven success within a health and wellbeing environment
• Excellent knowledge of industry trends and influences
• Ability to influence and lead a successful team
