Are you a detail-driven organiser with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences? We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to play a vital role in supporting our Partnership Management team and ensuring our commercial partners receive world-class service.

From behind-the-scenes coordination to hands-on event support, you’ll be the glue that keeps our partnerships running smoothly - managing systems, streamlining processes, and helping bring our brand promises to life.

• Maintain team documents, critical paths, and systems for year-round efficiency
• Managing a portfolio of select commercial partners.
• Provide administrative support including diary management, CRM updates (Delphi), and reporting
• Act as a key liaison for internal teams and external partner contacts
• Deliver contracted rights for select partners - ticketing, branding, sponsorship assessments
• Provide on-the-ground support at Goodwood events to ensure partner satisfaction

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Experience in administration, finance support, or partnerships preferred
• Own or reliable transport essential due to our countryside location
