LANGSTONE JUNIOR SCHOOL, PORTSMOUTH
WE WOULD WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM NQT AND EXPERIENCED TEACHERS
Located near the beautiful conservation area of Baffins Pond and Langstone Harbour, currently 380 children attend Langstone Junior School, with three classes in each year group. The school is fortunate enough to have a large green space of our own and outdoor learning facilities that provide endless opportunities. We aim to give children learning and life experiences that inspire and motivate. Our children are taught the skills that will carry them through life as confident, happy and resourceful individuals. We are a ''Learning'' community where children and adults alike, seek chances to further their knowledge. This is a school where children are encouraged to take risks and own their learning so that they develop a passion for enquiry.
The Academy is a positive and active place to work; we believe success here is built on strong relationships between everyone involved in the Academy. You will find Langstone Junior Academy staff are extremely proud of their Academy and are a committed and supportive team with a range of skills across the curriculum, willing to offer support and expertise to develop your own practice, whether you are a NQT or experienced teacher..
