We’re looking for an Event Planner to join the Group Projects team which is at the heart of the planning and delivery of a broad range of events including Goodwoof, Nucleus, Magnolia Cup, Qatar Goodwood Festival, Doghouse events and the Health Summit. 

You will maintain a high level of operational delivery and, where possible, improve practices and processes, ultimately ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience at Goodwoof. 

An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach, you will work with key stakeholders to help deliver WOW moments across our portfolio of events,  exceeding customer expectations.

What you'll need:

• Passion for delivering events
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to use your initiative, multi-task and think laterally 
• Strong administration experience
• Working knowledge of project management software and techniques
• A valid UK driving licence
