Are you detail-oriented, passionate about numbers, and thrive in a fast-paced finance environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our Central Finance team.

In this key role, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling control accounts, and supporting departments across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and control accounts
• Accurately input payments and integration data into sales ledgers
• Provide timely and accurate debtor figures for Group reporting
• Liaise with internal departments and external customers to resolve queries
• Support with ad hoc finance tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Sales Ledger (essential)
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple tasks
• A confident decision-maker with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Quick to learn and comfortable taking responsibility
• Positive, friendly, and a great team player – with a sense of fun!
