I am currently recruiting for experienced customer service professionals for my client based in Portsmouth.

You will be required to work in a busy call centre environment, answering incoming calls dealing with customer queries, complaints and you will be required to up-sell and maximise on every call

The Person
- Ideally you will have come from a call centre environment
- You will have fantastic experience within a customer service or sales role
- You will be highly motivated
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a great listener
- Have good knowledge and experience using windows packages
