You will be in the Hub of People & Development, collating monthly / quarterly HR Metrics and helping run regular focus groups to help inform our future focus areas. Supporting with investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, parental leave process and restructures are just some of the areas you'll be getting involved with.
