An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright, hardworking individual to join the office team at Oulton Park as our Receptionist on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.  Oulton Park is one of the UK's finest motor racing circuits, with a long history of hosting some of the country's premier racing championships. As well as large spectator events, the circuit operates many track days, driving experiences, hospitality, and conferencing events throughout the year.

Job duties include:

• Welcoming all visitors to the venue and answering all incoming calls, ensuring they are dealt with professionally and politely at all times
• Handling all outgoing post, recording on the Royal Mail account and collating prior to collection
• Sorting of all incoming mail
• Providing general administrative support to other departments, as directed by the Administration and Events Coordinator
• Assisting with financial administration

Requirements for the role:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Educated to A-Level grades or above
• Previous experience in a receptionist role is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic about motorsports and familiar with Oulton Park's events.
